A TRIP TO EGYPT
The thought of a trip to Egypt , one of the world’s oldest civilizations with a history over 6,000 years old, is no doubt thrilling. Imagine the opportunity of experiencing firsthand the amazing Pyramids at Giza as well as the Sphinx, or walking through the unsurpassed collection at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.
Join me and a small group of friends, as we visitEgypt from 30 November for 4 nights.
A brief itinerary for our Egyptian Tour:
Day 1: Depart Lagos at 2.10 PM aboard Egypt Air to arriveCairo at 8.15 PM same day and be transferred to the cozy Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel Cairo.
Day 2: Breakfast and a full day tour of some of the most awe-inspiring monuments ofEgypt . Starting with the Egyptian Museum and afterwards we see the Pyramids at Giza and the Sphinx.
Day 3: Breakfast at hotel. Today we visit the ongoing Cairo International Film festival and see which superstars we are lucky to bump into. In the evening we enjoy belly dancing and other Arabian entertainment as we cruise on the River Nile for 2 hours with dinner.
Day 4: Pick one of the optional tours or join the rest of the group to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar to buy a few articles of gold or silver as well as other souvenirs. We spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 5: Depart early to the airport for the flight back to Las Gidi.
Package Cost: $1,683 (Staying @ Semiramis Intercontinental or equivalent depending on availability)
Inclusive: visas, return tickets, return airport transfers, 5-star hotel accommodation for 4 nights, 4 tours/excursions, 4 breakfasts and 2 dinners, and all taxes and service charges.

To join this tour, please notify me by email ASAP so that we can conclude all arrangements for the trip on time. Deadline for registration for the tour is 10 November 2010 to enable us work on visas. Any late registrations if at all considered will incur further costs. The documents needed for the Egyptian visa are:
1.Valid international passport for at least 6 months
2. Two recent passport photographs with white background 3. Data page of international passport 4. Travelers’ Insurance for period of travel* 5. Introduction letter from employer or self-owned enterprise 6. Proof of confirmed hotel reservation or a letter from a tourism agency inEgypt * 7. Valid yellow fever vaccination card*

My sentiments exactly but basically had to have an independence angle to fashion. lol ! Anyways here are a couple of blast from the past pics but the diffrence with these men is ...............drum roll . They all had entertainment backgrounds and then moved on to politics ,lets see how they look now.
